Building Project

Living Water owns just under 11 acres on Bemis Road just west of Whittaker Road in Ypsilanti. That property will become the site of the congregation's permanent location. We have developed the property in preparation for the building but we're still developing funds so we can start the building without going deeply into debt. 
The new building, Phase 1, will include a multi-purpose space, classrooms and a small office. We are aiming to create an environment where our REACH vision can both be learned and shared with our community and beyond. 

Our Building Committee

The Building Committee is working hard to get all the information we need to make informed decisions regarding our building project. Our committee is in contact with contractors, a church bond company, volunteer building teams and grant-providing foundations.

Mike Viterna practices law to help Veterans.

John Jarvis is a local business owner who has worked with a builder on different projects.

Rob Kraus teaches HVAC at the college level and has overseen the building of his house.

Clark Cothern is the Pastor at Living Water. Clark shepherds the church family and the building committee as they weave together their spiritual gifts, passions, abilities, personalities and experiences to accomplish a congregation-sized group goal.
